Andy Bubb has lived and worked in remote Australia since 2003 in the agriculture, natural resource management and research services sector. Andy Bubb has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture from the University of Melbourne. In addition Andy Bubb has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and has completed a Facilitation Training Program with the Groupwork Institute of Australia.

Managed the $753 000 ‘No Smokes’ project funded by the Australian Government Department of Health.
Managed the $184 000 Wraparound Services Demonstration Project, a collaboration between Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education, Northern Territory Government and commercial employment services.
2010 to 2013 Manager Monitoring and Evaluation: Australian Feral Camel Management Project (AFCMP), Ninti One Ltd.
The AFCMP was the Australian Government’s largest Caring for our Country project. It was funded for $19 million over 4.5 years and implemented the cross-jurisdictional management of feral camels over 3.3 million square kilometres.
The role required coordinating the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement process covering environmental, social and financial metrics and reporting this back to the Australian Government.
Executive Officer functions to the Project Steering Committee, National Operations Group and Ninti One executive meetings with the Australian Government.

Duties included managing a diverse research program involving technology development, evaluation and commercialisation, participatory evaluation and production methods aimed at increasing the profitability of pastoral enterprises.
